WILL BE LAID TO REST TOMORROW

New Orleans, La—Funeral services for Bishop Robert C. Blakes, Sr., Pastor and Founder of New Home Ministries, age 74, will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at The Pontchartrain Center, 4545 Williams Blvd. in Kenner, Louisiana, with Bishop Paul S. Morton, Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International officiating.

The Interment will take place at Lake Lawn Mausoleum in Metairie, 5100 Pontchartrain Dr, Metairie, Louisiana immediately following the service.

Confirmed Elected Officials Include: Mayor Mitch Landrieu (program participant), Councilmember Latoya Cantrell, Congressman Cedric Richmond, a representative from Councilmember-at-Large Stacy Head’s office and Judge Candace Bates-Anderson.
